I just received a letter from my publisher The Dundurn Group; that after two years my book is still on the best seller list! Also I was informed by Dundurn that they have been nominated for PUBLISHER OF THE YEAR! How did I luck into such a great team? I was also invited to their 40th Anniversary party, but missed it!
